It was a top quality place, had highly professional staff from Doorman to management. The check-in was early, we liked main bar. For sure, free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property.
Nothing for me.

hotel is located within a small semicircular square, decorated with a bowl of fountains with signs of the zodiac, depicted in the original sculptural form. square is named after Charles Aznavour. building itself was built in 1926 (architect Nikolay Buniatyan). It is adjacent to the Union of Artists Exhibition Hall (architect Rafael Israelyan). Completing the ensemble of the square is the building of the cinema "Moscow" (previously on this place was the church of Surb Pogos Petros, built in V-VI centuries and rebuilt in the XVII century, destroyed in the 30s of XX century). Opposite the square is the Russian Drama Theatre named after Stanislavsky. location on one of the main streets of Yerevan is advantageous for the main attractions of the city. Republic Square, Cascade is very close, Abovyan Street itself has enough ancient buildings preserved, although modern multi-storey buildings are being built immediately, sometimes not quite fitting in with the general architectural style of the street. hotel's interior can be said to be pathos! stairs are like in a palace! With carpet, chandeliers and paintings depicting some characters of Armenian history. In the corridors of the vase, on the walls are bas-relief panels, something in the style of Assyria and Urartu. patio is chic! It has a winter garden. In the evenings there is live music. Beautiful! There's a pool on the roof of the hotel. Sunbathing... Breakfast is great, there's plenty to choose from. It may be a little expensive (about 1100 rubles), for this money you can order to cook: eggs, omelette, oatmeal and coffee as much as you want... Classic double room is small, everything you need is available. It's clean. there's everything you need. Clean venue, Beds were comfortable, this is a souvenir shop, in its continuation there are tables in the courtyard. It's very patriarchal... Nearby there are many restaurants and famous "Domloma" and "Salon" and many small restaurants. Next to Tumanyan Street, "Lavash" restaurant was very popular.
Well, perhaps only that the beds in a classic double room are not nightstands, but small tables. It's like there's no room for personal items. Everything had to be put either on the table or kept in suitcases. Extendable drawer nightstands would not hurt to put there the necessary small things.

Couple looking for luxury and comfort
The room was a luxury feeling space with clean decor and a fully stocked mini bar, it was perfect for us. I particularly loved the bathroom, despite being small,, it was perfectly clean and had all the little high-end touches you'd expect from a top place.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but still acceptable for what we got.

Really good Comfort and Unmatched Hospitality!
The rooftop pool offered amazing views, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our every need was met. Dine at Nairi-its local dishes blew us away! Pro tip, request a room facing the front for fine city scenery.

This is one of the rare hotels (and I have visited about 200 hotels in the last 5-6 years) that deserve the best evaluation. Armenia itself is a very hospitable country, and the staff of the Grand Hotel is hospitable and doubly welcome. From the first minutes it feels like you are welcome, help and make your stay unforgettable. I was pleased with my room (421), cleanliness (and I am a fastidious guy in this sense), speed of the Internet. Breakfast with traditional Armenian dishes deserves special attention. Besides, they gave me a bottle of wine at the entrance and constantly brought chocolate to my room. Spa is also praiseworthy: sauna, hammam, foot massage, Jacuzzi and gym are worthy of praise. Leaving the hotel with sadness, I wanted to stay more. In a word: worthy five stars. Thank you so much, keep it up. And if someone has never been to Armenia, be sure to visit Yerevan and visit this hotel.
I didn't find any flaws.

The rooftop pool was a lovely retreat after a long day of sightseeing.
The breakfast variety was limited, and certain items came with an additional charge.

Everything was perfect, starting with the location and the friendliest staff ever and ending with the most beautiful and unique style. Sure will come back next time I'm in Armenia and hope for a longer period. Thanks to everyone for making my stay fantastic!

Breakfast is very good. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is great!
We had 2 reservations. We first booked until July 1, and then extended until July 2. As a result, on July 1, we were just kicked out of the room and moved to another room! All our requests! negotiations remained unanswered!Recepshen's employee Elena roughly kicked us out of the room. We had to pack up and wait for the new room to be ready. She said it was the booking department's fault. not the reception. (as if it were the guests' problem), The second time they just wanted to fool us with a taxi! The receptionist called some friends and called us three times the price of a taxi! Just surprising! very high level of the hotel and such a terrible Reception (hotel face).
